Bulk Sampling

We offer an independent asbestos testing service to both domestic and commercial clients.
We are able to attend site and take a sample of any materials you feel may contain asbestos. This is not a survey and we will only take samples from specific areas as requested.

We work closely with UKAS approved laboratories so you can be assured your results are 100% accurate.

We are able to provide a fast turn around and can usually attend site to take a sample within 24 hours or even the same day and can usually have the results back within 24 to 48 Hours. (Dependant on laboratory)

Re inspection survey

The purpose of a re inspection survey is asbestos materials may change over time, either damage from minor accidents, floods, fires, severe weather etc or general deterioration of the materials or their coverings may occur.
Asbestos re-inspections will keep your survey up to date and keep you in compliance with regulations. An old survey is no good if it is out of date and changes to the materials have occurred that increase the risks of exposure without you knowing. Having an asbestos survey carried out in the first place is just the first step to proper asbestos management, the date of your survey should be checked by the duty holder before it’s checked by HSE.

Most of the asbestos materials found in surveys will require at least an annual inspection as recommended in The Survey Guide. The frequency of the inspection should be determined by the results of the material assessment report. The higher the score (risk) the more frequent the inspection should be.
